The finest large-pod cardamom from the Western Ghats highland belt. Hand-harvested at peak aromatic maturity, these 8mm Bold pods carry an extraordinary volatile oil content — bright eucalyptus top notes, deep floral warmth, and a lingering clean finish unlike any blended variety.
Tellicherry Bold
Tellicherry is the world's most revered black pepper origin. Our Tellicherry Bold is sourced exclusively from the Kannur coastal hillside, where equatorial sun, sea humidity and rich basalt soil produce a pepper of exceptional heat, citrus brightness and aromatic depth.
Kongu Bold
The Nilgiris foothills produce cloves of exceptional oil density — among the highest eugenol content of any Indian-grown variety. Ramdham Kongu Bold selects only fully-mature, dark-headed buds harvested before the first flush opens, delivering an intensely aromatic clove with deep, warm heat and none of the sharp bitterness found in immature commodity stock.
Malabar Reserve
True cinnamon — Cinnamomum verum — grown in Kerala's coastal belt is among the rarest and most aromatic in the world. Unlike the harder cassia variety sold as cinnamon in most markets, Ramdham Malabar Reserve is thin-quill, multi-layered true cinnamon with a delicate sweetness, soft floral warmth, and low coumarin content. Hand-rolled and sun-dried by specialist artisans in Thrissur district.
